QUALITY POLICY

• VCERT quality policy includes the following commitments.
  
  a) VCERT aims to supply, high quality products and customer service that conform exactly to stated or agreed specifications/order requirements of ISO-17034:2016.
  
  b) All testing and calibration in support of the production of CRMs/RMs in compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025;2017.
  
  c) All personnel concerned with CRM/RM production activities have familiarized themselves with the quality management documentation and related information and implemented the policies and procedures in their work.
  
  d) VCERT management has provided evidence of commitment for the development and implementation of the management system and continual improvement to ascertain the effectiveness of management system and to be committed to good professional practice and the quality of its RM’s/CRMs.
  
   e) VCERT prevent quality defects or potential quality defects at the earliest stage possible. This improves our overall efficiency and assists in our compliance with our quality objectives.
  
   f) Maintain independence, impartiality, confidentiality and integrity in its operations, and continuously improving management system by analyzing the feedback received from all sources and the customers.
  
   g) Make available authentic CRM/RM to the utilizer testing laboratories/customers on time by establishing a management system to standardize all processes by abiding with customarily recognized rules, and continuously improving the company performance as an independent Reference Material Production department.
